This survey is an investigation into the experiences of people living with disability and/or mental illness and the role of local government in the Blue Mountains.

Are you someone living with disability and/or mental illness (including parents and/or carers)?

We would love to hear from you about your experiences. We would like to gain a better understanding of your needs and what’s important to you.

This survey is part of a larger study that Council is conducting in order to understand the needs and experiences of people living with disability and/or mental illness in the Blue Mountains. To see more about the work that Council is doing please see our Disability Inclusion Action Plan 2017-2021.

The survey is completely voluntary and will be available online and/or via hard copy until May 31.

  • This survey is an investigation into the experiences of people living with disability and/or mental illness and the role of local government in the Blue Mountains.

    Council is committed to making the Blue Mountains an inclusive and accessible city so all members of the community of different abilities can participate in all aspects of community life. As part of this Council employs an Aged and Disability Services Officer and has developed a Disability Inclusion Action Plan 2017-2021.

    This survey is about understanding the needs of our community and how Council can support our community.

    The responses from this survey will be de-identified and will remain anonymous. The survey is voluntary and you can withdraw completion at any time.
