Blue Mountains City Council's Workforce Flexibility Policy has been reviewed and is now open to all employees for consultation and feedback.

The most significant proposed change is the introduction of Service Flexibility Agreements, which would be supported by Workforce Flexibility Guidelines.

The Service Flexibility Agreement would be available for implementation at service level and contain pre-approved workforce flexibility for individuals and teams within a specific service.

Please provide all feedback by 29 November 2023.
