Disability Survey 2024 - Children and Families

This is a survey for Blue Mountains City Council. 

We want to better understand the experiences and needs of children with disabilities and their carers.

This survey will help us make the community a better place to live for people with disabilities.


This is a survey for those who are caring for a young person with a disability. If you are an adult with a disability or a carer for an adult with a disability, please complete our adult survey here.


We will use the information you provide to try to help improve the kinds of support available locally, and to make the Blue Mountains a more inclusive community for young people with disabilities and their carers.


The survey will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
